16th February 2023, Langkawi \u2013 In an attempt to facilitate conversations between industry players to continue rebuilding route network across the region and drive future market growth, Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) will be hosting Routes Asia 2024 alongside Malaysia Airports Holding Berhad (MAHB) and Tourism Malaysia from 26 to 28 February 2024. Having officially won the bid to host in 2020, pandemic restrictions meant LADA had to hold off on hosting the event. However, the time has come as LADA has been given the hosting rights at Routes Asia 2023, which took place in Chiang Mai, Thailand from 14-16 February 2023.<\/p>\n

With regards to the announcement, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of LADA, Tuan Haji Ahmad Fuad bin Che Ani @ Abd Ghani said, \u201cWe are proud to be the host of such a prestigious event and to be given this unique opportunity to be collaborating with Malaysia Airports Holding Berhad (MAHB) and Tourism Malaysia. This event is a real testament of how far we have come and we would like to thank the organisers of Routes Asia for entrusting us with the responsibility of hosting this event. We hope this event will provide us with the platform to showcase the majestic beauty of Langkawi and all that it has to offer to visitors from around the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>
