The module of this course was delivered by En. Adam bin Fuad, General Manager of Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi (CAL) with the objective to enrich the tourist guides\u2019 understanding pertaining CAL, thus improving the quality of service given to the tourists. CTRE is a compulsory course for all tourist guides wishing to renew their working licenses.<\/p>\n
