SystemB4Teen

The B4Teen system is an invoice position check system submitted by LADA customers for payment purposes.

WHY IT IS NAMED B4TEEN?
The real meaning of B4Teen is ‘Bill Fourteen’ or a 14 -day bill based on Treasury Circular Letter 7/2006 (SPP 7/2006) dated 31 October 2006 which has amended Treasury Instruction 103 (AP 103) to speed up the payment period from 30 days to 14 days.

SystemSISPAA

The Integrated Complaints Management System (SISPAA) is part of the Government’s ongoing efforts to improve the quality of services and delivery over time which has been facilitated by the latest technology.

SISPAA is a continuation of the Integrated Public Agency Complaints Monitoring System (iSPAAA) which was developed by the Public Complaints Bureau (BPA) in late 2007 and started to be used by several Government Agencies since 2009. After receiving positive response from Government Agencies using the iSPAAA System and the demand for the iSPAAA System by Government Agencies has increased, BPA has collaborated with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and MAMPU to improve the iSPAAA System and rebranded as SPAB and expanded its use to Technical Help Desks other than Complaints Management.

SISPAA can speed up and facilitate the process of submitting Feedback to Government Agencies because it can be accessed by Users at any time if there is internet access.

Access to SISPAA System

Access will be established after LADA fully utilizes the SISPAA System
