The Langkawi Enduro Challenge is the 2nd round leg of the Mountain biker ENDURO Championship (MEC). The 1st round was Bukit 300 Enduro Challenge, held at Teluk Batik, Perak, and the final round will be the Lembah Bujang Enduro Challenge, to be held in Lembah Bujang, Kedah.

Running event to commemorate the 63rd Independence Day of Malaysia.

Runkawi offer 5km, 10km, & 21km distances on September 2020. The Runkawi Half Marathon Night Run 2020 will be held in Langkawi, as one of the sports events. Langkawi will host this night running events to international and local teams and is expected to attract spectators from inside and outside of Langkawi.

Langkawi Legendary Ride 2020 is a multi-category cycling event that welcomes Amateur Cyclists to partake and have a joyful rode with their families and friends. Promoting Langkawi to key oversea market especially to sport enthusiasts. Road cycling events provide an unforgettable and spectacular platform that appeals to all layers of society.

Langkawi, Malaysia was awarded to be the hots of the 8th World Carrom Championship, 2020 by The International Carrom Federation. Previously it was held in Cannes, France (2008), Mumbai, India (2012), in Birmingham, England in this 8th edition of the prestigious world championship.

The netball tournament is the first ever tournament to be held on this island. Teams will be competing for the coveted Telaga Walk Open Netball Cup.
