The Chinese New Year Carnival 2023 is a programme organised by the Langkawi Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Langkawi Development Authority (LADA). The objective of this carnival is to raise awareness of the importance of traditional Chinese culture among the younger generation and to give opportunities to the Chinese community, especially in preparing for the celebration that will be held on 22nd of January 2023. Among the contents of this carnival are stalls selling traditional Chinese food, Chinese arts and cultural exhibitions and Chinese cultural stage performances.
