Hari Raya is celebrated with gratitude by the Muslim community in Malaysia for returning as a newborn after a month of fasting during Ramadan. It is a tradition for Muslims in Malaysia to forgive each other and visit to strengthen ties.
The Langkawi Aidilfitri Open House is organised by LADA and the Kelab Sukan dan Kebajikan LADA (KSKL) to foster the spirit and togetherness of LADA with stakeholders and the community. Langkawi and invigorating the festive atmosphere of Hari Raya Aidilfitri by maintaining the concept of serfdom. A variety of unique dishes are available for the visitors such as oil rice, red cooked chicken and meat curry, ketupat, lemang, chicken shady, chicken and meat sate, traditional kuih muih as well as various drinks are available to all guests present.
