Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) in collaboration with the Langkawi Agriculture Department has held a Coconut Jelly and Coconut Milkshake Making Course on 8th November 2022 at Padang Matsirat Agro Center, Langkawi Kedah. This course involved the participation of 30 Langkawi entrepreneurs and was officiated by Puan Lina Azlina binti Zali, Assistant Senior Manager of Investment and Business Facilitation Division, LADA.
The goal of this course is to produce viable entrepreneurs in the coconut-based products industry. Furthermore, entrepreneurs can broaden their knowledge and improve their skills in the processing of coconut-based products through this course, as well as diversify their coconut-based products. Entrepreneurs will learn about food additives, chopped coconut, making pandan coconut jelly, and coconut milkshakes as part of this course.
LADA is always keen to ensure that Langkawi entrepreneurs are given support and assistance through various programmes and activities. It is hoped that this effort can encourage community involvement in the coconut-based product sector and continue to take opportunities to explore new business areas. Strategic cooperation between agencies will also continue to ensure that Langkawi entrepreneur development programmes are always held to ensure that Langkawi entrepreneurs are always competitive.
