The Bicara Ilmu Programme is a series of programmes to enhance the community's spiritual growth and human capital development by delivering religious or academic knowledge. Through the guidance of esteemed religious speakers, the program ignites a flame of knowledge within the community, illuminating the path towards triumph over present challenges.

Program kerjasama LADA bersama Jabatan Agama Islam Langkawi. Pelbagai acara diadakan seperti pertandingan azan, pertandingan berzanji, pertandingan bacaan al-quran, pertandingan asyura dan ceramah agama. Pertandingan ini terbuka kepada pelajar-pelajar sekolah dan juga wakil-wakil komuniti di Langkawi
