Langkawi Tourist Guide Association (LTGA) has held the TG International Day Eco Walk programme on 15 February 2023.
A total of 100 participants from Langkawi industry players consisting of tour guides, government agencies and associations/NGOs have participated in this programme in conjunction with the Tourist Guide Day 2023.
All participants walked from the Dataran Zero KM to the Kuah Langkawi Night Market site for a distance of 5 km. All participants were involved in garbage collection activities in addition to delivering an environmental awareness campaign to the residents of Langkawi.
The programme ended at 12.30 pm after the seminar session with Tourism Malaysia.
