Langkawi, 26th April 2022 – Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) in collaboration with Al-Istiqamah Mosque Committee, Kuala Teriang had organised ‘Bicara Ilmu’ Programme 1 (2022) at the mosque.
The educational talk was delivered by invited presenter, YBhg. Syeikh Muhammad Fauwaz bin Dato’ Syeikh Abdullah, discussing the topic entitled “Would This Possibly Be My Last Ramadhan?” (Mungkinkah Ini Ramadhan Terakhir Buatku?). The programme was attended by 360 individuals comprising the local community, department and agency representatives, and ‘tahfiz’ (act of memorizing Al-Quran and Hadith in Islam) students.
In addition, YBrs. Tuan Ahmad Fuad bin Che Ani @ Abdul Ghani, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Management) of LADA had also delivered Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) contribution to 20 ‘asnaf’ (aid recipients).
Also present were YBrs. Tuan Wan Kamarul Faisal bin Wan Kamardin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Planning and Development) as well as officers and staff of LADA for an ‘iftar’ (breaking fast) with the local community.
May this mosque enlivening programme benefit the community and all aid recipients in performing fasting ibadah and preparing for the soon to come Eid Al-Fitri.
