Langkawi, 30th December 2021 – Three projects that had been successfully concluded in 2021 were delivered to Langkawi community representatives in a handover session. This session was conducted by Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) through Corporate Services Unit involving three small community projects for Surau Sekolah Kebangsaan Kelibang, At-Tasnim Mosque in Kampung Bayas, and Maahad Tahfiz An-Nabawi Langkawi. The projects were delivered by Puan Nordiana binti Nordin, Manager of LADA Corporate Services Unit.
The community small project support covers contribution of surau (Islamic assembly building or prayer room) carpets, speaker systems and digital clock which were delivered following specifications detailed in the applications.
With these projects, LADA hopes that the contributions could assist and benefit all recipients including the whole local community of this legendary island.
