Langkawi, 1st April 2022 – A total of 32 teams from all over Langkawi had participated in the Langkawi Futsal Championship LADA Cup 2022 which was held for three days beginning from 30th March 2022 in Futsal Hall, Langkawi Sports Complex (KSL). This tournament was held in conjunction of LADA’s 32nd Anniversary Celebration, aiming to inculcate healthy lifestyle and discover hidden talents among the local youths.
Congratulations to the champion team, Ceria B for bagging the first prize comprising a challenge trophy, cash worth RM1,332.00, and medal. Second place was won by Ummi United team, taking home cash worth RM1,032.00 along with a medal. Meanhwile, Black Sand FT and Lang Prima FT teams both shared the third place with each clinching cash prize worth RM732.00 as well as medal.
The prizes were handed over by YBrs. Tuan Nasaruddin bin Abdul Muttalib, Chief Executive Officer of LADA.
LADA sincerely hopes that all Langkawi youths will continue practising healthy lifestyles that will be able to prevent themselves from getting involved in social deviance, thus creating a harmonious Langkawi society.
