Langkawi International Convention Center (LICC)
The launching marked the beginning of 5G era in Malaysia with six states (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Perak, Pulau Pinang, Terengganu, and Kedah) having been chosen as the locations for 72 5G use cases. A total of 36 5G use cases are based in Langkawi in various sectors including tourism and security.
There are still many 5G technology use opportunities waiting to be explored here in Langkawi, especially in tourism and business industries for the benefit of the island’s economic well-being.
