The Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) in collaboration with the Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU) has completed developing the LADA Digitalisation Strategic Plan (LADA PSP) 2022-2026 which will later become the guide and direction of LADA’s digitisation programme for the next five years.
Thus, a closing ceremony of the Development of LADA PSP 2022-2026 was held in the presence of MAMPU led by En. Subramani A/L Nagaiah, ICT Consultant (Special Grade C), MAMPU ICT Consulting Division.
This plan will also act as a planning guide for business and ICT needs involving users, networks, security, ICT equipment, applications, data, information management and digital culture.
There are four cores supporting PSP LADA 2022-2026, namely the Empowerment of Digital Services Inclusive and Integrated, Strengthening of Holistic ICT Infrastructure Based on the Latest and Safe Technologies, Strengthening of Dynamic ICT Governance and Sustainable Digital Capabilities. It is hoped that LADA’s PSP 2022-2026 can be implemented in order to ensure that LADA’s ICT vision of becoming a leader in Langkawi’s digital transformation is realized.
