INTURA, Sungai Petani, 8th July 2023 – The Integrity Unit, in collaboration with the Training and Competency Unit of Langkawi Development Authority (LADA), organised the ‘BIP’ LADA Strengthening Programme at INTURA, Sungai Petani. The programme was attended by 38 participants and took place over three days and two nights, starting from 6th July 2023 until 8th July 2023.
Experienced facilitators from INTURA managed the programme, with a special guest speaker, YBrs. Prof. Dr. Haim Hilman Abdullah.
The programme included Group Training (LDK) sessions, motivational talks, and outdoor activities such as Incube and survival challenges. The main focus of the programme was to instill the core values of LADA, namely ‘BIP’ (Teamwork, Integrity, Professionalism), and provide new experiences for the participants in team-building activities.
