The LADA JDC representatives for the session 2022/2023 conducted a knowledge-sharing session with the JDC representatives from the Chief Minister’s Department (JKM) of Sabah and the Sabah Tourism Board (STB) on 9th to 12th July 2023 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
The knowledge-sharing session between the LADA JDC and JKM JDC was chaired by YBhg. Datuk Hajah Diyaanah Binti Abdullah, Deputy State Secretary of Sabah (Administration), while the session with STB JDC was chaired by YBrs. Tuan Julinus Jefferay Jimit, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of STB.
The programme aimed to strengthen JDC management and foster closer cooperation between LADA JDC, the JDC of JKM Sabah, and STB JDC. Additionally, the programme provided an opportunity for representatives to exchange views on tourism management efforts to further advance the tourism industry in both destinations.
It is hoped that this initiative will help establish harmonious relationships between employers and employees, ultimately contributing to LADA’s success in the future.
