Langkawi, 21st March 2022 – With the theme ‘Dedication Invents Aspiration’, LADA Monthly Assembly was ceremoniously held in the agency’s Auditorium. The assembly co-organised by Corporate Services Unit (UKK) and Information Technology Division (BTM) was attended by ‘Keluarga LADA’ and representatives of its subsidiaries namely Panorama Langkawi Sdn. Bhd. (PLSB), Langsura Geopark Sdn. Bhd. (LGSB), and Langkawi Port Sdn. Bhd. (LPSB). This ceremony began with the viewing of LADA bulletin video, followed with ‘Sekapur Sirih’ segment handled by Cik Nordiana Nordin and Puan Amal Ibrahim. The segment took the audience on a nostalgic reminiscence from the first day of LADA establishment until its anniversary today.
The highlight of this event was the address given by YBrs. Tuan Nasaruddin bin Abdul Mutalib, Chief Executive Officer of LADA, followed by the premiere of video on LADA’S 32 years of development efforts in Langkawi. In his speech, YBrs. Tuan Nasaruddin also gave a message for all LADA staff to stay devoted in formulating tourism development in Langkawi.
The assembly was made livelier with singing performance of ‘Standing In The Eyes of The World’ by LADA choir team, before it ended with the grand cake cutting ceremony as a symbolic gesture to celebrate LADA’s 32nd anniversary.
