LANGKAWI, KEDAH, 25 MAY 2023 – The Langkawi Legendary Ride is gearing up for its highly anticipated third edition, set to take place on 9 September 2023. This thrilling cycling event, supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) and the Langkawi Development Authority (LADA), promises to be an unforgettable experience amidst the enchanting archipelago of Langkawi.

The launch of the event at the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre during the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2023 (LIMA 23) is honoured to be graced by Duli Yang Amat Mulia Tunku Shazuddin Ariff Ibni Al Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin, SSSK, DSDK, SMS, Tunku Mahkota Kedah. His presence adds a regal touch to this remarkable event, further enhancing its significance and prestige.

Langkawi Legendary Ride 2023 is expected to draw approximately 2,000 participants, inviting cycling enthusiasts from around the world to join in this exhilarating event. It is an opportunity to immerse oneself in the natural wonders and cultural treasures that Langkawi has to offer.

The Langkawi Legendary Ride 2023 offers multiple cycling categories tailored to suit participants of varying skill levels. Cyclists can choose from the challenging Legendary Ride, featuring the demanding Datai route for hardcore cycling enthusiasts; the intermediate-level Eagle Ride offering a captivating 60-kilometre (or 36-mile) tour of the main island; or the family-friendly Mahsuri Ride, encompassing a delightful 30-kilometre journey perfect for riders of all ages.

Anticipation is building for the Langkawi Legendary Ride 2023, projected to be the largest edition yet with an estimated 2,000 participants. This epic event promises not only adrenaline-pumping cycling action but also a sense of camaraderie and the opportunity to create lifelong memories amidst the awe-inspiring landscapes of Langkawi.
