Langkawi, 24 May 2023 – The Official Launch of the Pesona Langkawi Seni Budaya dan Pelancongan 2023 (Langkawi Enchanting Arts, Culture, and Tourism 2023) was officiated by YBhg. Datuk Hajah Saraya binti Arbi, Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture Malaysia, accompanied by YBrs. Tuan Wan Kamarul Faisal bin Wan Kamardin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Planning & Development) of Langkawi Development Authority (LADA).
The event was further enhanced with a special performance of the musical theater “The Magical Tale of Princess Mahsuri” by renowned artists including Fauziah Nawi, Hairi Safwan, Tiz Zaqyah, and Ahmad Fikry Ibrahim.
