Setia Alam, 9 March 2023 – The Real Estate Invest Day Programme and the Best Federal Territories Cooperative Appreciation Ceremony 2022 were organised by Koperasi Sahabat Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (KOOP Sahabat) Berhad in collaboration with the Malaysian Co-operative Societies Commission Federal Territory Branch. A Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony was also held between KOOP Sahabat and Marriott International for the development of the Fairfield by Marriott Hotel in Langkawi.
LADA is delighted to have been invited to participate as an exhibitor in promoting potential lands for development in Langkawi to award recipients and potential investors.
It is hoped that by participating in this programme, LADA and potential investors will be able to explore new investment opportunities in Langkawi in order to achieve the goal of making Langkawi the world’s main tourism destination.
