Langkawi, 12th May 2022 – YBrs. Tuan Nasaruddin bin Abdul Muttalib, Chief Executive Officer of Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) had paid a visit to Elderly Association Activity Centre (PAWE) located near Kuah Health Clinic. Also present was Encik Azhar bin Ismail, Langkawi District Social Welfare Officer.
This centre is active in organising various programmes and activities that involve the elderly, which include religious classes, farming as well as sewing activities, and manufacturing of craft products. Most recently, PAWE Langkawi is also aspiring to venture into business field through manufacturing of tapioca and banana crisp products. May this association continue to work actively in various business endeavours that could benefit its entire members.
