Langkawi, 6th July 2023 – Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) has received a visit from 221 participants of the Security Studies Programme (KAJIMATAN), consisting of personnel from the Army, Navy, and Air Force of the Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College (MTAT). Additionally, 33 military officers from 19 foreign countries also participated in the programme.
One of the key focuses of the KAJIMATAN Programme is the role of government agencies in the development and security aspects of the northern region.
The participants were briefed on the “Langkawi Tourism Outlook 2023” by Mr. Mohd Tarmizi Mohamad Tajuddin, Senior Assistant Manager of the Tourism Division at LADA.
