Langkawi, 28th January 2022 – To further enhance the administration and maximise the potentials of readily available assets owned by LADA, a special workshop was organised on 27th and 28th January 2022. The workshop was participated by LADA management and two LADA Board Members, YBhg. Datuk Mohammad bin Ismail, Deputy Secretary General (Management) of Prime Minister’s Department and YBhg. Dato’ Suhara binti Salleh, Deputy Director of National Budget, Ministry of Finance (MOF) Malaysia.
The brainstorming session had successfully developed the strategic policy of immovable assets which involved lands, buildings, tourism products, and infrastructures owned by LADA.
Through this session too, two policy documents were produced, namely the Investment & Asset Management Strategic Policy (DSPPA) and Immovable Asset Management Roadmap Plan (PROMAP). These documents will be the main reference sources in forming a strategic, competent, and integrated asset management for LADA.
