Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) through the Legal Unit with the collaboration of the Investment & Business Facilitation Division, the Training & Competency Unit and the LADA subsidiary which is Panorama Langkawi Sdn. Bhd. organised the 2nd Series of Continuous Legal Education Program (CLEP) for the year 2022, held at The Chamber Ballroom, Dash Resort Hotel, Langkawi.
The programme, namely “The Art of Negotiation, Who Will Win?” focuses on negotiating skills before any parties enter into a contract.
The CLEP panel speakers this time are from LADA’s panel of lawyers, Messrs. Norashikin, Yong & Partners, who specialise in conveyancing cases such as rentals, leases, smart sharing, and other property management agreements.
Each participant’s negotiation skills and creative ideas can be seen through their active participation in the group activity, where the participants were given the task of negotiating based on the current case and scenario at LADA.
