Langkawi, 28th October 2021 – The Consul General at The Royal Consulate-General of Thailand in Penang, His Excellency Raschada Jiwalai had paid a working visit to Langkawi Development Authority (LADA). Also accompanying him were two officers from Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
The visit aimed to foster good relation between the consulate and LADA. Various topics were discussed between both parties, particularly in exploring two-way collaboration opportunities in tourism sector between Langkawi and Phuket as well as other tourism destinations in Southern Thailand.
It is therefore hoped that such collaborations could be realised to revive the economic state of both countries.
